Theatre Aquarius reveals inaugural selections for National Centre for New Musicals
Following a request for submissions that drew over 260 applications, the NCNM curatorial committee has selected five works for support.
“There’s just a lot of really cool energy in the building right now,” says artistic director Mary Francis Moore. “Theatre Aquarius is an exciting place to be in this moment.”

The Love Story Behind Come From Away
Irene Sankoff and David Hein, the married couple behind Come From Away, have their own writing style: “I heard someone say that writing is fighting. We like to write in a coffee shop. Because there are witnesses.”
