On April 21, Brampton On Stage will present Re-Imagined: A Theatre Concert — The Greatest Showmen: A Pasek & Paul Playlist, a concert filled with the uplifting melodies of Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.

Pasek and Paul are the Oscar, Grammy, and Tony Award-winning composers behind stage shows Dear Evan Hansen, A Christmas Story: The Musical, Dogfight, James and the Giant Peach, and Edges, as well as the film The Greatest Showman and the television show Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile. They also contributed to the scores of La La Land, Only Murders in the Building, and Aladdin (2019), and served as producers on Broadway’s A Strange Loop

Curated by Darryn de Souza and performed by a dynamic four-piece band, the tribute concert will feature a cast of stellar singers led by Elysia Cruz and Julia Pulo, currently starring in Mirvish’s Six. Robert Markus, who received Dora and Toronto Theatre Critics’ Award nominations for playing Dear Evan Hansen’s titular role in Toronto, will also make an appearance in the revue, along with Dave McDougall.

Tickets range from $20 – $29.

Re-Imagined: A Theatre Concert — The Greatest Showmen: A Pasek & Paul Playlist plays Brampton’s Lester B. Pearson Theatre on April 21. Tickets are available here.
