Intermission Three to See Series to be Temporarily Suspended
Dear Intermission readers,
In light of the current situation with many theatres restricting or cancelling performances in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the editorial team here has made the decision to suspend our weekly Three to See series.
At the recommendation of health officials for the public to practice social distancing, we cannot responsibly suggest that our readers go out in groups to see a show—especially if the show has been cancelled. We are looking into alternate content that can help promote the work of Canadian artists at a safe distance while we wait for the virus to pass.
Please stand-by as we all work through these difficult times. And again, we recommend everyone exercise a common sense approach: stay inside, maintain good hand-washing hygiene, and be safe. If you are experiencing severe respiratory issues, please contact a medical professional. Stay safe, and stay informed.
